Penthouse area of 338 sq.m. Stained glass windows from floor to ceiling provide better insolation in the space, ceilings with a height of 3.5 meters. All this makes the room spacious and bright.
The penthouse also has two elevators and a large terrace with a swimming pool on the roof. The owner of the penthouse loves the products of the factory FENDI CASA, so it was decided to actively use the furniture and local sources of his factory. Rooms: hall, kitchen, dining room, living room, music area, game room, laundry, server room, sauna, 3 master blocks, office, guest bathroom.
