First, we will tell you about the principles and conditions of work, show examples of architectural album (sketch)-project, tell you about author’s supervision, discuss details. Let’s see the original data on your target. We will listen to the main wishes on the appearance of the house, the composition of the premises, offer referents - what you like in other objects. We’ll agree on the design deadline, the overall budget, sign the contract and get to work. Each stage of the work is formalized by a separate contract with its own costs and terms.
